*Please note that all pickup times are estimated and you will typically receive a call 15 minutes before your order is ready.

When you arrive, please pull down the driveway adjacent to the restaurant and park in the parking lot behind the building - Kindly park at the back of the lot, so as not to block others trying to enter/exit....

Once parked, call us at (516) 625-2566 and tell us you've arrived. We will call you back when the order is ready to go out and ask you to pull to the top of the driveway (please open your trunk if you would like the order there)  -  We will then bring the order out and load it into your car for you! 

We appreciate your help in facilitating our pick-up procedure. We do our best to make this a quick process, however we ask that you anticipate being with us for as much as 10-15 mins. We greatly appreciate your patience & understanding!

Deliveries

All deliveries will be made within the 4 hour window provided (typically 12-4 pm) and will be based on orders received and delivery location - We cannot guarantee specific time requests.

Checking Your Order

Due to the logistical challenges of coordinating pick-ups, we won’t be able to accommodate add-ons during pick-up or walk you through your order, so we ask that you please review the order confirmation that was received via email when you placed the order and confirm you have ordered all that you need. If you would like to add something, please email us in advance of the delivery/pickup date to check availability.
